• Voice Notes & Text: Transcribed and stored for the sole purpose of clinical record-keeping and appointment scheduling for the respective healthcare provider.

We use the collected information strictly to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our AI receptionist services.
• Facilitate direct communication between patients and their respective clinics.
• Improve our natural language processing capabilities without compromising personally identifiable information.

• The Specific Clinic: Data belongs to the healthcare provider utilizing the AiVaak service.
• Infrastructure Partners: We utilize secure platforms like Meta (WhatsApp API), Google Cloud (Hosting/Database), and Exotel (Telephony) strictly for service delivery.

4. Opt-Out & User Rights

Users have full control over automated communications. You can stop all automated WhatsApp messages from our system at any time by simply replying "STOP".
